Terms & Conditions - Social Media Influencer Collaboration

Content Creation: The Influencer agrees to create original and engaging content for the promotional campaign as discussed and approved by the collaborating brand. The content should align with the brand's values and guidelines.

Promotion Period: The Influencer will promote the brand or product during the agreed-upon period, adhering to the scheduled posting dates and times.

Disclosure Compliance: The Influencer shall comply with all applicable laws and regulations regarding disclosure and transparency, clearly indicating that the content is sponsored or in collaboration with the brand.

Ownership and Usage Rights: All content created by the Influencer for the collaboration shall remain the property of the brand. The brand may use, repurpose, or feature the content for marketing purposes with appropriate credits to the Influencer.

Brand Guidelines: The Influencer shall follow the brand's guidelines, including but not limited to branding, tone, and messaging, to maintain consistency and brand integrity.

Exclusivity: During the collaboration period, the Influencer shall not promote competing products or brands that could conflict with the collaborative brand's interests without prior written consent.

Compensation: The compensation for the collaboration, if any, will be mutually agreed upon and specified in a separate agreement.

Performance Metrics: The Influencer shall provide relevant performance metrics, such as engagement rates, reach, and impressions, as requested by the brand to evaluate the success of the collaboration.

Termination: Either party may terminate the collaboration agreement with prior notice if either party fails to comply with the terms and conditions outlined herein.

Non-Disclosure: The Influencer agrees to keep confidential any proprietary information shared by the brand during the collaboration and not disclose it to any third parties.

Dispute Resolution: In the event of any disputes arising from the collaboration, both parties agree to negotiate in good faith to resolve the issue amicably.

Modification of Terms: These terms and conditions may be modified or amended in writing by mutual agreement of both parties.

By entering into this collaboration agreement, both the brand and the Influencer acknowledge their understanding and acceptance of these terms and conditions.
